I strongly disagree. It's not egotistical if you did all the work. WIth our shorts, I usually end up directing, writing, DOPing, editing, making the music and getting the lifts arranged and stuff. I haven't credited one to myself tho at the start, but I still don't think it would be "egocentric" if I did.

If you created a cure for cancer, I'm sure you'd want YOUR name to be behind it, not the crew from Deadlights.
